Coen William Vilski was born on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 10:31 PM. He weighed 7 pounds, 15.5 ounces and was 21 inches long. We went in to the hospital around 7:00 AM on the 12th after I had contractions that began Saturday around 4 AM. My bag o water was broken around 10:00 AM and Coen was born about 12 hours later. He was a cone head because he got stuck coming 0ut. But his head has evened out nicely now and is almost normal shaped. Coen was baptized on July 26th by Pastor Seth Haakenson at Risen Savior Lutheran Church. After the service and lunch, we loaded up the moving truck with lots of wonderful help from family and friends. The next day, Monday the 27th, we moved to New Ulm, Minnesota where we were greeted with even more moving help! We are truly blessed. Now it's August 5th and I finally am updating my/our blog. Coen is sleeping on my lap right now, he had a late night so he decided to sleep in a little so he's ready for the day. Well, afternoon now. Here are some pics! First family picture!
